How to use Merge PDF Online
- 1 Add at least two PDF files.
- 2 Move files up or down until the queue matches the required order.
- 3 Remove duplicates and set the final filename.
- 4 Merge, download, and review the combined PDF.
Combine 2 to 20 PDF files into one document and arrange them in the order you need. Move files up or down in the queue, remove unwanted items, and choose the final filename before merging. Review the completed PDF before sharing it, especially when assembling applications, reports, or scanned records.

The current queue accepts up to 20 files, subject to the per-file and combined upload limits reported by the tool. A damaged, unreadable, or unsupported PDF may be rejected. After download, verify the first and last page of each source document and confirm that the final filename is suitable for its destination.
